1. What we collect
When you book an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, and (optionally) your email address. If you create a client account, we also store your first and last name and phone number, tied to your email. Business owners provide their business name, category, address, description, opening hours, and any staff or service details they add.
2. How we use it
We use your information to create and manage bookings, send booking confirmations and reminders by email, let a business see who's booked with them, and let you see your own booking history if you have an account. If you grant location access, we use your coordinates only to sort businesses by distance this happens in your browser and isn't stored on our servers.
3. Who we share it with
The business you book with can see your name, phone number, and booking details, since they need this to provide the service. We use Supabase to host our database and authentication, and Resend to send booking-related emails. We don't sell your information to advertisers or other third parties.
4. Local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember businesses you've recently viewed, so we can show them back to you. This stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers.
5. Your choices
You can update your name and phone number from your Profile page at any time. You can permanently delete your client account from Settings, which removes your account entirely. Business owners can contact Lionheart Technology to request account deletion.
6. Data location
Your data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure, including access controls that restrict a business to only its own data.
